Skona is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Account Executive to be responsible for ensuring the timelines are hit and the quality of work is delivered to our B2B tech clients. We are looking for a super-organized self-starter who enjoys teamwork, loves design, and enjoys building client relationships..
Our new star Account Executive will work closely with our Account Directors and Account Supervisors to deliver high-impact work to our clients. Candidates MUST have had previous experience working in an account role in an Advertising Agency. Experience with B2B tech is strongly preferred.
As an Account Executive, you should be able to understand, explain, and evaluate traditional and digital marketing; and provide strong, clear input to the creative team. The chosen candidate will also have demonstrated experience managing budgets and ensuring account profitability as well as the ability to present and foster excellent client/agency relationships.

Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Support Account Supervisor/Account Director on client accounts
- Serves as day-to-day contact for small to mid-level projects; Proactively identifies and resolves issues and escalates to Account Director as needed.
- Manages client and internal meetings with clear meeting objectives, content, and outcomes; Documents meeting notes and actions
- Manages creative development for multiple projects or project components from start to finish, including project planning and execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and budget. Keeps clients and internal teams updated on project status.
- Utilizes Wrike to organize and document all work on projects.
- Creates actionable creative briefs and provides value-add creative feedback that is aligned with campaign briefs and objectives; synthesizes and validates client feedback before handing off to creative.
- Listens for new opportunities to work with clients, and involves appropriate team members to sell in new ideas and work.

Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years experience
- 2+ years experience working in an agency
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications or a similar field
- Expertise in project management – You are highly organized and love project planning. You can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and can work under pressure without losing your cool – you understand urgency, deadlines and the necessity to prioritize.
- Strong communicator – You are a confident communicator and public speaker. You love to voice your thoughts and provide your opinions. Your written communication is impeccable.
- Customer-focused and relationship builder – You are service-minded with great people skills. You’re the connector between client service team members, clients, and designers, and your job is to ensure everyone is happy and deliver high-impact work. You are recognized by peers for facilitation/problem-resolution skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit – you are proactive and solutions-focused, ready to get things done however small or complex the problems are.
- Collaborative & team oriented – You put your team first and pitch in whenever needed.

Salary Range
$60,000 – 75,000
