We work with mostly high tech clients on a range of creative services including digital marketing, website development, marketing strategy, brand development, event marketing, outdoor advertising, and much more. Specifics of the Job

Client Management

  • Client partner when it comes to all things digital including advising, providing strategic guidance and acting as the clients’ ultimate go-to
  • Understand client’s customers, competitors, marketplace and business challenges to proactively pitch digital ideas and strategies to clients
  • Daily management, operations and growth of various accounts, working closely with creative, development and rest of client service teams
  • Oversight and support on all team member accounts
  • Overseeing and developing digital strategies and ensuring end-product is on brand, on strategy and executed flawlessly.

Growth management

  • Develop opportunities for account growth – upsell, cross-sell
  • Negotiating contracts and ensuring account profitability
  • New business participation and support

Team management

  • Mentor, guide, support and enable account team
  • Resource planning and management
  • Oversee and improve processes and structures

Requirements

  • 8+ years agency account service experience
  • Min 5 years managing teams of people
  • B2B experience and high tech experience
  • High level of business acumen
  • Excellence in project management
  • BA in Business, Marketing or equivalent
  • Have had primary responsibility in the successful launch of at least 3 websites. Deep understanding of the web process from discovery to launch.
  • Well-versed in technical web language
  • Able to speak to web strategy and web process with clients
  • Experience working closely with strategists, developers and creatives
